My name is Kirk Oren and I would like to introduce myself. I started my company From The Ground Up Home Inspections in 2010 after 25+ years in the construction field and running my General Contracting business. I decided to make the transition to Home Inspections because it was a great opportunity to remain in the construction and real estate industry wile using my extensive knowledge to help people make good decisions with a large investment such as a house.


I feel Having built and restored many homes as well as having worked with countless customers on building projects gives me a unique prospective and knowledge about structures and the problems they can encounter as well as communicating those deficiencies to my customers.


In 2012 I did extensive training to become a certified energy auditor and began doing Home Energy Audits for the general public. My goal was to help people save money by teaching homeowners where the deficiencies lie within there home and cost-effective was to save energy.


Most important to me is my family which is comprised of my wonderful wife and 5 children. It is also important for me to make sure my customers are investing in a safe home for there families.
